Where to Start
Step 1:
The first thing you want to do is finish off all the trophies that do not require scenario mode. This way you can spend the rest of your time in scenario mode finishing off the trophies there rather than going back and forth.
The trophies you want to finish first are Machine Crusher, Ghost Vanquisher, Practice Makes Perfect, Survival of the Fittest, Team Toppler, Arcade Addict, Moving on up, No Pressure, Fighting Amateur, Fighting Enthusiast, and Fighting Master. these can be done in any order you like.
Step 2:
Next you will want to play through scenario mode. Don't worry much about farming trophies on your first play through. You can revisit any mission again once you have completed it. Focus on completing the story once that is out of the way go for any trophies you didn't receive.

Clear the Nightmare Train stage in Scenario Campaign Mode.
You Unlock this level once you have beaten Scenario Campaign.
Firstly beating this level on hard is not required so stick with normal. This is probably the hardest trophy in the list since the level can be brutal. Here are my tips to conquering it.
*My tips can be used even if you are using other character's to play with since the same idea applies*
First Have the Right Equipment- You want to have your character's equipped with a item that increases their attack, increases their health, their defense, and the other 2 equipment slots should be attack modifiers such as Fire,ETC. If you find your equipment not up to the task equip both character's with an item that increases item drops. This way you can grab better items while attempting this level or other's. Since remember even if you die you still keep all the treasures you have collected.
Second-
For me I let the CPU do most of the work
(Make sure you gave her good items) and I would stand behind and press forward O (Playing as Lars). This would do a round house kick thus damaging whoever she was fighting as well as the mob around her.
You want to save the health items not until you really need it but until your about half health to be safe.Since the gargoyles can swarm you easy. Also make sure you get the CPU to grab health as well. If you run past it she should follow you and pick it up (Since when there are no enemies for a bit she does nothing but follow) As for Devil Jin I saved the gatling gun until he appeared then used it. Clearing off some of his minions as well as damaging him in the process. When fighting him it's best to keep him against the wall, this way you will have a chance of just knocking him off the stage making things much easier. The gatling gun is capable of knocking him out of the level but don't rely on it. It's better to have yourself and the computer attacking him together and lowering his health greatly. Deal with the gargoyles only if they are causing a problem, usually they will just stand there and watch you fighting jin.
Wooden Warrior-Silver Trophy
Clear the Subterranean Pavilion stage in Scenario Campaign Mode.
To gain access to this stage you first must complete the game then play Leo's level on Hard. Once you complete it the level will appear (the level must be completed on hard). This level can be played on normal difficulty once it's unlocked. Much like Devil Jin's stage having the right equipment will make thing's easier, this applies to all the secret level.
Eastern Explorer-Silver Trophy
Clear the Kigan Island stage in Scenario Campaign Mode.
To gain access to this stage you first must complete the game then play Steve's level on Hard. At the beginning of his stage to your left is a box. Break it and a ninja will pop out. Defeat him and colllect the map he drops, after that complete the level normally on hard. Once you complete it will appear (This level must be completed on hard). This level can be played on normal difficulty once it's unlocked.
Give Your Fists a Rest-Bronze Trophy
Defeat an enemy using a weapon in Scenario Campaign Mode.
Simply defeat a enemy with a weapon in scenario campaign mode. You will get this while playing normally.
Night at the Movies-Bronze Trophy
Unlock a movie in Scenario Campaign Mode.
You will unlock character ending's while playing scenario campaign or Arena(They seem to pop up when a certain time is reached playing). However if you want this trophy sooner simply go to the arena once it is unlocked complete it with any character and the trophy will appear.
Item Connoisseur-SilverTrophy
Obtain a Rank S Item in Scenario Campaign Mode.
You will more than likely get this trophy after completing the game. For a higher chance of getting a S rank item equip your character's with equipment that increases the drop rate. Adding a item like this to both character's will improve your chances. The best places to farm for a S rank item are the secret levels (Such as Kigan Island, Subterranean Pavillion, and Nightmare Train). Remember even if you die in the middle of the level all treasures obtained to that point you will still receive.
Treasure Amateur-Bronze Trophy
Collect 50 treasures in Scenario Campaign Mode.

Treasure Enthusiast-Bronze Trophy
Collect 100 treasures in Scenario Campaign Mode.

Treasure Master-SilverTrophy
Collect 200 treasures in Scenario Campaign Mode
the first 100 treasures you should easily get just through playing scenario campaign normally. If you have completed the game and still do not have this trophy the best level to farm this trophy is Kazuya's stage. There are many enemies in this level and if you have equipment which increases item drops you should get a good amount of treasures every time you beat this level or when you die.
Enemy Hunting Amateur-Bronze Trophy
Defeat 300 enemies in Scenario Campaign Mode.

Enemy Hunting Enthusiast-Bronze Trophy
Defeat 1000 enemies in Scenario Campaign Mode.

Enemy Hunting Master-SilverTrophy
Defeat 3000 enemies in Scenario Campaign Mode.
The first two enemy hunting trophies should be yours by the time you complete the game. For the 3000 kills simply keep replaying Kazuya's stage if you still don't have enough after completing the secret stages.
Playing With Fire-Bronze Trophy
Defeat 100 enemies with the Flamethrower in Scenario Campaign Mode
Just keep playing Raven's stage. On this stage you will pick up many Flame Throwers. One is in a box behind you at the start, and the others will drop after defeating the big robots.
Heavy Artillery-Bronze Trophy
Defeat 100 enemies with the Gatling Gun in Scenario Campaign Mode.
Probably the hardest weapon trophy only because you do not see the Gatling gun much in campaign mode. The best stage to obtain this is Kazuya's stage however the gatling gun will not always spawn in the center of this level. Sometimes you will see the pipe or flame thrower instead. There's no way of knowing which weapon you will get until after you have defeated Nina. If it is not the gatling gun you can either quit the level (You will lose all kills and treasures obtained) or just complete the level normally and try again (Recommended if you still do not have the Treasure and Kill Trophies).
Ready for Action-Bronze Trophy
Pick up 300 health recovery items in Scenario Campaign Mode.
You will get this trophy before you complete campaign mode. All you need to do is collect all the eggs, chicks, and chickens you see while playing.
Brute Force-Bronze Trophy
Defeat 100 enemies with the Lead Pipe in Scenario Campaign Mode.
The Lead Pipe is by far the most common weapon in campaign mode. You should get this trophy before beating the game. However if you find yourself short 100 kills playing the Kuma stage is a good place to get kills, as well as the kazuya stage (If the lead pipe is the weapon that spawns while playing that mission)
Thirsty Fighter-Bronze Trophy
Pick up 50 drink items in Scenario Campaign Mode.
Playing through campaign you will notice drinks that fall from enemies or appear in crates. These drinks will make your fists either Green, Yellow, or red. Playing through campaign mode you should get quite a few of these. If you didn't reach fifty however by the time you beat the game replaying Baek's stage is by far the best place to get this trophy.
Crate Breaker-Bronze Trophy
Destroy 100 wooden crates in Scenario Campaign Mode.
Very easy trophy. Just destroy every crate you come across while playing campaign. You should get this before you beat campaign mode.
Alien Hunter-Bronze Trophy
Defeat 10 aliens in Scenario Campaign Mode.
For this trophy you just need to kill 10 aliens. You see these guys from time to time when playing missions. Getting this before you complete the game depends on how fast you are at catching up to them. The best way to defeat them is by running straight into them which is a instant kill. The only problem is these guys usually like to appear in the middle of a fight and if your teammate kills them it doesn't count. I suggest using Jack 6's stage since all you need todo is fight some jacks and keep to the right wall completely. Pretty soon you'll notice in a corner a lone box which holds a alien break the box and either quickly punch it or run straight into it. remember you can clear that area of jacks before opening the box if you are worried that they will interfere.
Scenario Expert-Silver Trophy
Clear all of the stages in Scenario Campaign Mode.
Self-Explanatory. This includes the secret stages as well.
King of the Hill-Bronze Trophy
Knock 10 enemies in the water in Scenario Campaign Mode.
All the levels on the map which are by water are levels where you can obtain this. The easiest level for this is Dragunov's and Baek's. Just attack your enemy so that they fly back into the water.
A Friend in Need-Bronze Trophy
Rescue your downed partner 3 times in Scenario Campaign Mode (single player).
You will get this trophy by the time you complete campaign mode. If not just go to the very first stage and have your partner's equipment set to default. Get to the boss and let him defeat her, revive here and play the level again. (You can only revive once per level)
Combo Amateur-Bronze Trophy
Perform a 10 chain combo in Scenario Campaign Mode.

Combo Enthusiast-Bronze Trophy
Perform a 30 chain combo in Scenario Campaign Mode.

Combo Master-Silver Trophy
Perform a 50 chain combo in Scenario Campaign Mode.
You build up your combo chain by defeating enemies. To keep the chain going you need to defeat 50 enemies one after the other with out wasting to much time. I got this achievement on the Jack 6 level. Another good stage to do this is on the Kuma level.
Upgraded Assistant-Bronze Trophy
Upgrade Alisa to the highest possible level.
This trophy appears once you have beaten all scenario campaign missions.
What's So Special About It?-Bronze Trophy
Obtain the Special Flag in Scenario Campaign Mode.
The Special Flag is a small yellow flag that you will see by the time you beat the campaign. Simply collect the flag and the trophy is yours.
No Key For Me-Gold trophy
Clear the Millennium Tower stage without the boot-up key in Scenario Campaign Mode.
When you start Anna's level before you play you will be asked if you want to use the boot up key.
Select no and complete the level normally. It can be a bit of a challenge but if you have the right equipment it'll be much easier. Also note you do not have to do this on your first try, you can beat the level with nancy and come back and try with the boot key later.
Learning is Fun-Bronze Trophy
Clear the tutorial stage in Scenario Campaign Mode.
Scenario Mode Related Unmissbale
Moving On Up-Bronze Trophy
Win a Ranked Match in Online Mode.

No Pressure-Bronze Trophy
Win a Player Match in Online Mode.

Fighting Amateur-Bronze Trophy

Fighting Master-Silver Trophy
Play 30 matches in Online Mode.
For these trophies all you need to do is play 30 matches of any online mode. Doesn't matter if it's Ranked or Player. You can even mix and match if you want (Such as having 15 ranked and 15 player).
Remember you only have to play 30 matches not win.
Arcade Addict-Bronze Trophy
Clear the Arcade Battle in Offline Mode.
The easiest way to get this trophy is to set the game settings to easy mode, 1 round, infinite time.
Use whichever character you are most comfortable with. On easy mode the CPU isn't much of a challenge. I was able to beat it with Alisa doing nothing but her forward Square attack. This includes the last boss azael.
Team Toppler-Bronze Trophy
Defeat 3 teams in Team Battle in Offline Mode.
Quickest way to get this is to create teams of 2 vs 2 in Team battle offline mode. Defeat the other team 3 times and the trophy is yours. (This can be done against the computer or by using a second controller)
Survival of the Fittest-Bronze Trophy
Earn 10 consecutive wins in Survival in Offline Mode.
First set the CPU to easy and the time to Infinite
Then Survival Offline Mode and after you win 10 matches you can quit out.
Easiest if you play a character you are comfortable with.
Practice Makes Perfect-Bronze Trophy
Inflict a total of 1000 damage in Practice in Offline Mode.
Just go into Practice mode and attack the CPU until the trophy pops up, very simple.
Gallery Completionist-Gold Trophy
Complete the Gallery.
To complete the gallery you must have
All Scenario Mode Movies
All of Alisa's Journal Entries (This includes secret stages)
All Prologues and Epilogues for every character in arena
*Note Panda is required as well press X on Kuma to play as panda
This will probably be the last trophy you get, by the time you have finished all the secret missions and have finished farming any trophies you needed. You will probably have noticed that you unlocked some endings for characters in arena. To make things faster for yourself make a list of all the characters you have endings too. Go to the arena and start up those character's prologues, once the first fight beings you can quit back to the world map. The prologue will be saved to the gallery. Once that is out of the way just play through arena with every character you haven't completed (Makes sure game settings are set to easy and 1 round so things go by faster).
Ghost Vanquisher-Bronze Trophy
Defeat 30 Ghosts.
Go to Offline and select Ghost Mode.
Simply defeat 30 ghosts in this mode, you do not need a 30 streak so if you die on your way to 30 simply continue. Having it set to easy and 1 round is a good idea if you want this to go by quickly.
Love That Money-Bronze Trophy
Collect more than 5,000,000 G.
You will get this before beating Scenario Campaign
Machine Crusher-Silver Trophy
Defeat NANCY-MI847J.
You battle Nancy when playing through arcade mode. She is a bonus stage right before fighting Jin.
The easiest way to defeat nancy is to play as Jack 6 and use his Forward Circle move. Make sure you side step her attacks and block her spinning attack. if you fail quit arcade mode and work your way back up to her.
